Who we are

Meet the Reeces is operated by By Design Ventures LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. When this policy says we or us, that is who it means. You can reach us at any time at [email protected].

1. What we collect

Information you give us. Your name and email when you download a guide or join a list. Your name, email, phone and answers when you submit the coaching application. Billing details when you buy something, which are collected and stored by our payment processor rather than by us.

Information collected automatically. Pages you visit, how you got here, your approximate location from your IP address, your device and browser, and how you interact with our emails. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

Information from advertising and analytics tools. We use tools including the Meta pixel and website analytics, which set their own cookies and report activity back to their platforms.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, your tax returns, or your bank login. If you are working with us one on one, share documents only through the method we agree on.

2. Why we use it

  • To deliver what you asked for, including guides, files, logins and receipts
  • To answer you, and to run a coaching engagement if you become a client
  • To send you email about our guides, the Vault, The Host Room and coaching, which you can stop at any time
  • To measure what is working, including which content and ads bring people here
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it with the vendors that make this work: our website and email platform, our payment processor, our community platform, our analytics and advertising providers, and our own professional advisors. Each of them gets only what they need.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, and we would transfer it as part of a sale or merger of the business.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep the site working, to remember you, and to measure and improve our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.

We honor browser level opt out signals where the law requires it. Advertising platforms also let you manage ad personalization in your own account settings on those platforms.

5. Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, the provider may set a cookie that tells them we referred you, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only link tools we pay for and use ourselves, and the disclosure appears wherever the links do.

6. Email

If you give us your email we may send you content, updates and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link and we honor it promptly. We will still send transactional messages you need, like a receipt or a login, even after you unsubscribe from marketing.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time, and within the period the law requires if you are in a state or country that sets one.

Deleting your information may end your access to a paid product, since we need your record to know what you bought. We may keep what we are legally required to keep, including records that support our tax filings.

8. Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations, then we delete it or de-identify it.

We use reasonable safeguards, and our vendors maintain their own. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. If a change is significant we will say so by email or on the site.
